Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Peace and Loaf requires card details for all reservations on a Friday and Saturday. For no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation, a fee of £20 per guest will be applied. For those booking a tasting menu (this menu is only available to those who book over the phone) £35 per guest will be applied if less than 24 hours notice given.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without notice, you may lose your table to another group.

The kitchen closes 15 minutes after the last reservation time, please see our opening hours for details. We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service if these times are not adhered to. On occasion we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.

Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team and although we will do everything we can to seat you at a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this. Parties of 10 or more guests may be seated across two separate tables.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time without notice, your reservation may be cancelled.

We allow all bookings an allocated time of 2 hours and 15 minutes from the time of your reservation unless stated and agreed when making your table reservation. You may be required to vacate your table beyond this time allowance.

Peace & Loaf reserves the right to adjust or change our menus and pricing without notice.

Peace & Loaf will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

You should always advise your server of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, our trained staff will advise you on alternative dishes. However, while we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we CANNOT guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.

The information provided on our website and in our restaurants should NOT be considered as any form of guarantee but as a best faith effort to provide you with information on our dishes. You should use this information to help you assess your own level of risk, based on your personal circumstances, before eating any of our dishes.

The allergen information we provide is specifically related to the dishes we make at Peace & Loaf and in response to enquiries into special dietary requirements and our ingredients.

We can’t wait to see you! But please remember, even if it’s your first time or you’re a regular guest please ALWAYS inform us of any allergies or intolerances so we can take additional controls when serving your food and drink.

Adjustments or changes requested to any of our menus will be considered, if possible or appropriate but cannot be guaranteed.

If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant to discuss your requirements with a member of our team as soon as possible.

Peace & Loaf reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.
